ABOUT THE KEY INGREDIENTS
REDENSYL® from Givaudan/Induchem
This novel ingredient blend combines two patented molecules — dihydroquercetin-glucoside (DHQG) and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG2) — to help hair loss and the reactivation of hair growth by targeting hair follicle stems cells & reactivation of ORSc stem cells. Redensyl also targets apoptosis protection, the maintenance of differentiation properties, and the activation of dermal papillary fibroblasts.
HUMAN KERATINOCYTE GROWTH FACTOR (KGF)
Recombinant human Keratinocyte Growth Factor (KGF), a member of the fibroblast growth factor (FGF) family, has been shown to stimulate the appearance of lash growth. Our high-quality KGF is derived from bacteria. Albeit costly, it's a vital component in RevivLash's remarkably effective formula.
QUINTUPLE LIPO-OLIGOPEPTIDES
Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 (Procapil® hair anchoring peptide / WIDELASH™ peptide), Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3 (Capixyl® peptide), SymPeptide® XLash (Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17), Myristoyl Octapeptide-1 (Eyelash Fortifying Peptide), and Tripeptide-3 (ATPeptide) can have positive effects on the hair follicle, all contributing to longer-looking, stronger, dense looking lashes and brows. These potent peptides target the stimulation of keratin and preventing the inhibitory effects of BMP4 on hair follicle development. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Apply a small amount once a day along the upper lash line, and if desired, throughout each eyebrow. Dip the brush once per eye and wipe any excess product off the brush using the built-in wiper before applying. Blot up any excess.

Apply for at least 2-4 weeks to see first visible effects; for best results apply for 6-8 weeks. To maintain potency, best if used within three months of opening. Decrease frequency or discontinue use if irritation, redness, or dryness develops.
Eyelashes and eyebrows have a very short active growth phase of about 30-45 days, which is why they are shorter than scalp hair. Approximately 60-80% of the eyelashes are in this growth phase. The telogen / loss phase lasts 2 to 3 weeks. The entire duration of cycle for eyelashes is 3-4 months, compared to the scalp hair cycle which is about 3-6 years.

My natural lashes are very short. Lengthening mascaras never worked for me, and lash curlers didn't work very well because my eyelashes couldn't reach the curler. I started using lash growth serums 4 years ago and was happy with the result, but switched to revivLash after learning the brand I had been using could cause periorbital fat loss. After switching to revivLash, I was surprised to find that revivLash worked even better after using for 2 or 3 weeks. My lashes are longer, darker (or thicker), and easier to curl. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the brush is too thick to apply a thin layer to the lash line, but I work around that by using a pointed cotton swab to apply to my lash line.
Thanks for the great review! Note that the container has a built-in wiper just inside the neck, so you can adjust the amount of product on the brush. It would definitely be a more 'narrow' application using the brush compared to a typical pointed cotton swab. If you choose to continue using a cotton swab, be sure to use them only once per application for good hygiene.
I am not even finished with my first bottle of RevivLash and my lashes are exploding! I have had people stop me in the grocery store telling me I have beautiful lashes! Being in my 50s, I’m thrilled to get a compliment!! Try this serum! It’s fantastic! No irritation or skin discoloration. It’s a keeper!

Sorry to hear the serum didn't work for you! That would be very rare. You'll want to make sure you are applying a very thin layer only on the upper lash line (not the lower) and of course not getting any product in the eye itself.
The wand's brush can hold a good amount of product (so it can work as a brow applicator as well), so you may want to use the built-in wiper just inside the vial to make sure the brush is only holding an amount of serum for one application.
