As part of our commitment to you, all Reviv Serum purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of your shipment receipt date. Your satisfaction is our primary goal.

Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by emailing us at  . Include your original order number, description of product being returned, and reason for return.

Customers pay for return shipping charges.

We will then email you an RMA number and complete instructions for returning the product.

With your returned product, include all parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging. Include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment.

Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

Any returns sent without an RMA cannot be accepted. Custom or special request orders are non-refundable. Reward points are non-refundable for returned items.

Return your package to the specific address provided in your RMA email response (varies by country). Note the RMA number on the outside of the package or in the address area. Please ship your return within 10 days of receiving your RMA number.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Allow 10 business days from receipt of the returned item for processing. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend that you choose a method of return shipping with tracking and insurance.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages:

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or is refused by the recipient or customs, it may be returned to Reviv Serums as undeliverable and a $20 return to sender fee ($30 fee for international orders) will be assessed in addition to exact fees required to reship the package. Reshipment is the remedy for such returned orders.

Many misaddressed packages are lost in transit; in these cases there will be no refund. When a fee is assessed, it is because we incur a fee by the shipping service (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or other) when a package is returned to us as undeliverable. Any extra shipping fees paid at the time of order or reship are non-refundable. To avoid this charge, please ensure the shipping address is correct before placing your order. Please do not ask for a refund while the package is in transit back to us if the parcel is somehow rejected, and you would like a refund. We must have it in-hand to offer a refund to you.
