We make it simple:
FREE U.S. shipping. And now CARBON-NEUTRAL.
Cost? Nada. Zip. Zero.
Our typical order fulfillment is only one to three business days after your order is received, sometimes a bit longer. When your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping/tracking email so you can track your package as it moves through the shipping system.
U.S. ORDERS:
Our free service typically uses USPS Ground Advantage. Typical delivery to most major U.S. locations is about 2 to 8 business days. It's a slower service, but economical, which is why we are able to offer free U.S. shipping, regardless of order size / value.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We now use Passport® for our international orders. For our most popular major destinations, it's a simple $10 USD flat-rate, regardless of order size / value. For others, live rates appear at checkout. We only charge what the carrier charges.
Our $10 USD flat-rate shipping destinations: Canada, all EU member countries**, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
**Effective June 24, 2026, Germany, Denmark, and Luxembourg no longer accept DDU.
With Passport, you get two options at checkout: DDP or DDU. With Delivery Duty Paid ("DDP"), taxes are paid at checkout. With Delivery Duty Unpaid ("DDU"), taxes are not added, and depending on your destination, a tax may be assessed at delivery, and often a handling fee. We strongly recommend paying your tax at checkout, which speeds up the delivery process and results in no extra charges at delivery time. Note that in the U.S., taxes are not part of the product price.
With Passport, you get door-to-door tracking with their own carrier system. Passport also acts as the local "Seller of Record" which simplifies the complex Customs process to help insure seamless delivery. Passport requires a street address, and does not ship to PO boxes.
Typical delivery after shipping is about 7-10 working days for most major international destinations. However, on occasion, international delivery can be prolonged and our shipping providers ask that you allow at least 21 working days for delivery, and sometimes 28 working days (not counting weekends and holidays) for DDU. There may be some delays in the service due to customs delays or holiday schedules.
UNDELIVERABLE, REFUSED, OR LOST PARCELS:
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or is refused by the recipient or customs, it may be returned to Reviv Serums as undeliverable and a $20 return to sender fee ($30 fee for international orders) will be assessed in addition to exact fees required to reship the package.
Reshipment is the remedy for such returned orders, or for lost parcels, not refund.
Many misaddressed packages are lost in transit; in these cases there will be no refund. When a fee is assessed, it is because we incur a fee by the shipping service (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or other) when a package is returned to us as undeliverable. Any extra shipping fees paid at the time of order or reship are non-refundable. To avoid this charge, please ensure the shipping address is correct before placing your order. Please do not ask for a refund while the package is in transit back to us if the parcel is somehow rejected, and you would like a refund. We must have it in-hand to offer a refund to you.
CARBON-NEUTRAL DELIVERIES:
For EVERY order shipment, we fund a mix of nature-based carbon removal and innovative solutions such as direct air capture and mineralization to offset the carbon used in shipping your order, at no cost to you. That means the greenhouse gas emissions from the delivery of anything you purchase are “neutralized” using carbon offsets. We're part of Shopify Planet, joining the fight to combat and mitigate a changing climate.

NEED IT FASTER?
We have negotiated rates with FedEx & UPS (for U.S.) and Passport Express (rest of the world, major destinations only) for express courier delivery. Those options and exact rates will appear at checkout. U.S. courier transit is overnight; international courier transit is two to five business days, but is not a day-definite service. No PO boxes please.
Note that, while we do try to prioritize orders with express courier shipping, those shipping options relate only to shipping transit times, not order processing times. Our typical order processing is about one to three business days, sometimes longer.
CANCELLATIONS:
Since we start processing all orders within 24 hours, cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after purchase.
CUSTOMS AND DELIVERY ISSUES:
For international orders, please check your country's policies regarding importation of skincare and cosmetic products. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks, depending on Customs processing. Passport® helps smooth out Customs issues. Note that if the shipment is refused or undeliverable for any reason, or if it is abandoned at Customs and not returned to us, we are unable to reimburse for the product(s) or shipping fee.
We are currently unable to ship to certain countries using non-courier option including, but not limited to: Nigeria and Russian Federation, unless approved prior to fulfillment/shipping. Agreeing to a Delivery Risk Waiver by email will be necessary for many such addresses; after placing your order we will email this request form to you. If approved, courier express shipping (Passport Express) is the only shipping service option.
