Our typical order fulfillment is only one to three business days after your order is received, sometimes a bit longer. Any production backlogs will be noted on specific product pages (we manufacture most of our own products). When your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping/tracking email so you can track your package as it moves through the shipping system. Each package will receive a minimum of 4 event scans.


CARBON-NEUTRAL DELIVERIES:

For EVERY order shipment, we fund a mix of nature-based carbon removal and innovative solutions such as direct air capture and mineralization to offset the carbon used in shipping your order, at no cost to you. That means the greenhouse gas emissions from the delivery of anything you purchase are “neutralized” using carbon offsets. We're part of Shopify Planet, joining the fight to combat and mitigate a changing climate.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

For our free shipping option, we now use DHL Parcel International Standard for our international orders. Typically, final-mile delivery is by your region's postal service after hand-off by DHL. Please allow some time for the shipment's tracking status to display correctly. This can take up to two or more working days.

Typical delivery after shipping is in 2-8 working days for U.S.-bound shipments; 7-18 working days for international destinations. However, on occasion, international delivery can be prolonged and our shipping provider asks that you allow at least 28 working days for delivery. There may be some delays in the postal service due to customs delays or holiday schedules.

Please note that you are not charged any tax, VAT, Customs fee, nor processing fee at checkout at RevivSerums.com. We ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). That means, on occasion, a customs processing fee or small tax is assessed upon delivery, but not typically. Any such fee is always the responsibility of the recipient, and you would be charged tax if you purchased in a store. Customs offices may hold packages, delaying shipment. This is beyond our control and/or our international shipping carriers. For any refused package returned to our warehouse, any approved refund would be minus the original freight fee incurred.


NEED IT FASTER?

We have negotiated rates with FedEx & UPS (for U.S.) and UPS (rest of the world) for express courier delivery. Those options and exact rates will appear at checkout. U.S. courier transit is overnight; international courier transit is two to five business days, but is not a day-definite service.

Note that, while we do try to prioritize orders with express courier shipping, those shipping options relate only to shipping transit times, not order processing times. Our typical order processing is about one to three business days, sometimes longer.

For international orders, please check your country's policies regarding importation of skincare and cosmetic products. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks, depending on Customs processing. If the shipment is refused or undeliverable for any reason, or if it is abandoned at Customs and not returned to us, we are unable to reimburse for the product(s) or shipping fee.

Note that we are currently unable to ship to certain countries using our Free postal shipping (non-courier) option including, but not limited to: Nigeria, Réunion, and Russian Federation, unless approved prior to fulfillment/shipping. Agreeing to a Postal Delivery Risk Waiver by email will be necessary for many such addresses; after placing your order we will email this request form to you. You can review the form here. Note that such a risk waiver is not necessary if you select courier express shipping (DHL or UPS Worldwide Express) at checkout.
