Our typical order fulfillment is only one to three business days after your order is received. When your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping/tracking email so you can track your package as it moves through the shipping system. Each package will receive a minimum of 4 event scans.

For international destinations, your order parcel is shipped direct from our location in San Francisco to a staging warehouse in Bell, California (Los Angeles area) where they are consolidated with larger shipments. It takes an extra couple of days for this step, but it save substantially on postal costs which is why we are able to offer FREE shipping worldwide regardless of the size of your order.

Please allow some time for the shipment's status to display correctly. This can take up to two or more working days.

NOTE: for most international orders shipped with our free shipping option (depending on the class and weight of service), full tracking is not possible and the last scan may be when the parcel departs the U.S. Final delivery is provided by your local postal carrier.

Typical delivery is in 1-5 working days for U.S.-bound shipments; 7-10 working days for international destinations. However, on occasion, international delivery can be prolonged and our shipping provider asks that you allow up to 28 working days for delivery. There may be some delays in the postal service due to customs delays or holiday schedules.


Need it faster?

We have negotiated rates with FedEx (for U.S.) and DHL (rest of the world) for express courier delivery. Those options and exact rates will appear at checkout.


For international orders, please check your country's policies regarding importation of skincare and cosmetic products. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks, depending on Customs processing. If the shipment is refused or undeliverable for any reason, or if it is abandoned at Customs and not returned to us, we are unable to reimburse for the product(s) or shipping fee.

Note that we are currently unable to ship to the following countries: Nigeria, India, Russian Federation, Vietnam.
