Statistically, using a secure online connection to enter credit card information is much safer than conveying it over the phone, since via phone the number could be written down and reused. With a secure online connection (I.E., you see a "lock" icon in the address bar of your browser), the data is encrypted both directions, and even we cannot see the entire number in the transaction record.

To remove an item, go to your Shopping Cart and select “Remove".

To change the quantity of items, go to your Shopping Cart and change the number in the box under the "Quantity" column.

Payment Information

Our online checkout accepts VISA, MasterCard, Diners, Discover, JBC and American Express credit cards, in addition to Paypal, Stripe, Google Wallet, Switch/Maestro, Skrill/Moneybookers and BitPay/BitCoin.

While checkout will accept a debit card that displays a VISA or Mastercard logo, we are unable to accept debit cards that require a PIN. At this time, we do not accept money orders, personal checks, or COD online orders.

It helps to keep our costs low if you use VISA or Mastercard at checkout instead of other payment methods or gateways.

Discount Codes

Only one promotional discount code can be used towards an order at checkout. Discount codes cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit.

Order Confirmation Email

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order at, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number, details of the product(s) and prices, any credits or promotional discounts, taxes, shipping charges (if applicable), your ship-to and bill-to information, and the ship method.

If you do not find your Order Confirmation email in your inbox, be sure to check your "Promotions" or "Spam" folders. If you find it there, be sure to add our sending email address to your address book to prevent future miscategorization.

Shipping/Tracking Email

Our typical order fulfillment is only one to three business days after your order is received, sometimes longer. When your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping/tracking email so you can track your package as it moves through the shipping system. Each package will receive a minimum of 4 event scans.

Please allow some time for the shipment's status to display correctly. This can take up to two or more working days. Note that for certain countries, full tracking is not possible and the last scan may be when the parcel departs the U.S.
